No problem! I’ll post the recording of each members’ workshop on the private membership platform. You can still get just as much out of watching the replays as you do from attending events live.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have an annual subscription, for example, you’ll be paid up through the rest of that year, but if you cancel your subscription, it won’t renew for another year.
Due to the virtual nature of the membership (and the ongoing monthly benefits), refunds are not available. I welcome feedback from members, so if you’re not loving your membership, let me know so I can help you get more out of your experience.

Welcome to TEFL Horizons!

I’m Shannon - nice to meet you! I’m a CELTA and DELTA certified teacher and teacher trainer. I’ve taught English and trained English teachers for many years in all different contexts.

I also work as a Cambridge CELTA tutor, course & curriculum designer, and ELT consultant. I started developing material and certification courses for online teachers just before the global pandemic hit and English language teaching moved almost completely online. Since then, I’ve compiled, developed, and perfected the best online teaching strategies and materials that I’m now excited to share with you! I’m looking forward to seeing you in the next members’ workshop.
