Summary: This is a test-teach-test lesson which presents common phrases students may use to describe their regular habits and routines. It relies on picture matching activities to introduce meaning, has a detailed clarification stage, and includes interactive practice of the new verb phrases. This lesson also incorporates some basic time expressions (in the morning / on Saturdays / etc.). The assumption for this lesson is that students have at least very basic knowledge of the present simple structure (I cook vs. he cooks), though this is not essential.
